About Anna Nightingale

Anna Nightingale is a fun, talented and experienced singer, who can tailor her performance to suit your own wishes. This can be as a solo singer – as she is totally self contained with her own equipment and lights, or as a duo with a wonderful pianist, or a very talented guitarist – depending on your venue size and event requirements.

She has been performing for the last 6 years overseas, and has gained a wealth of experience in different venues and with various sizes of audience and events.

Her particular speciality is the golden era of jazz-swing from such famous ladies as Ella Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee, Nina Simone and many others. These are songs that you will know and love, and that will reach all ages of your audience.

Anna can also perform a "Motown" set and a "Sounds of the 60's" set - which are both dance, party sets guaranteed to get you on your feet.

For the younger audiences, and indeed for her own age group – there is a 70-80’s special set, with Blondie, Annie Lennox, The Pretenders and Madonna numbers, great to get those flares out!

If you are looking for a special something, Anna has a very strong bluesy sound and performs an "Alison Moyet" tribute set - which is 45 minutes of her most famous numbers from her solo career and the group Yazoo.
